Individual Executive & Professional Coaching
We provide direct, supportive, consistent, and solution-focused professional coaching services to individuals who are seeking to revitalize their careers and enhance skills sets. Individual coaching clients retain Breaking Forward Coaching independently and have a variety of select coaching tracks to choose from. Clients in any of our individualized coaching tracks receive a minimum of one (more if needed/recommended) assessment measures to aid in plan navigation.
Small Teams/Organizations
Our team at Breaking Forward Coaching provides individual coaching services to individuals who are considered integral members of an organization and would benefit from our supportive coaching protocol. When working with individual and key members of a team, we utilize a specially designed approach where we work both with the client and liaison with their managers. We employ a dual coach approach for this small team coaching system so as to preserve the confidentiality of the individual while lending guided support to the team.
Additionally, Breaking Forward Coaching provides customized small team intensives both on location and online. We work closely with management to design an intensive, motivating, and engaging experience for employees/staff based on their specific areas of interest and need.
Comprehensive Assessment Services
Our innovative assessment services option (elective) is a pre-coaching assessment process which facilitates an in-depth and robust approach to designing customized coaching plans. Clients who engage in the assessment process benefit from:
- Meeting individually with at least three of our coaching professionals.
- Receiving sophisticated testing instruments that assist in increased insight and information.
- Having our multidisciplinary coaching team collaborate on and develop a highly personalized coaching plan.
At the conclusion of the assessment process, our team provides each client with specific and multi-option coaching plan recommendations.
Family Office & Family Business Coaching Services
Breaking Forward Coaching professionals have decades of experience working with those who work alongside family members or relatives - we understand the unique dynamics of this business model. As rewarding as this experience can be, it can also be extremely challenging. When family relationships are intertwined with professional ones, the integrity of the relationships has the potential to be adversely impacted. We recognize the delicate balance that family offices and family managed businesses potentially experience. Our coaches have extensive experience and training in family dynamics and roles which enables us to coach in a profound and meaningful manner.
Professional Development Workshops
