With over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), Nicole’s ability to provide expert guidance to countless individuals, groups, and families seeking to improve their mental and emotional well-being is a testament to her commitment to excellence and her ability to deliver results. Her direct experience has given her a broad perspective on human behavior and the challenges that individuals and organizations face in today's complex world. 

Nicole was the director of a small private college counseling center and supervised countless college and graduate school interns, essentially coaching them for the workforce. Nicole was a mentor to new employees and sat on several committees interviewing candidates for a variety of jobs. Nicole’s leadership positions enabled her to grasp what employers are looking for and what skills employees need. 

Under Nicole’s direct leadership, the private college counseling center she ran achieved and maintained the highest standard of care, being the only private college in Florida receiving ongoing accreditation from the International Accreditation of Counseling Services. She led a department of employees and interns, teaching them ways to develop their leadership skills, build strong relationships with their team members, and foster a culture of excellence. 

Nicole uses evidence-based, solution-focused methods such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help her clients achieve their desired outcomes.
